A maximum of 2 (two) pieces of travel luggage (bags and packages 70x80x20 cm with a total weight of 30 kg) per passenger are allowed. For children and infants it is allowed to possess 1 piece of luggage with a total weight of 15 kg.
The transport of objects such as bicycles, sports equipment, skis and musical instruments is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to transport narcotics, explosives and other dangerous objects. Coverage for emergency expenses, baggage and medical expenses is valid only during the time you travel insured by Bashkim Tours. When traveling from one EU country to another, you can take tobacco and alcoholic products with you for personal use, but not for resale.
Under EU law, you do not have goods approved for your personal use if you possess with you:
800 cigarettes 1 kg of tobacco 90 litres of wine (including a maximum of 60 litres of sparkling wine) 110 litres of beer. EU countries may limit the number of cigarettes you can bring with you from certain other EU countries. This limit cannot be lower than 300 cigarettes. These rules do not apply to travellers under the age of 17, who are not allowed to carry alcohol or tobacco at all.

If you want to travel to EU countries with 10,000 euros or more in cash or the equivalent in another currency, you must check with the customs authorities in the countries you are travelling to and declare them. If you intend to enter or leave the EU with 10,000 euros or more in cash (or the equivalent in other currencies) you must declare it to the customs authorities.

If you are an EU or non-EU citizen and wish to visit or travel within the EU, you will need to have a passport: valid for at least 3 months after the date you intend to leave the EU country issued within the past 10 years (biometric) Border officials in EU countries may require other supporting documents, such as a letter of invitation, proof of residence, return or onward ticket. There are a number of countries whose citizens do not need a visa to visit the EU for three months or less. Macedonia belongs to this group.

If you are injured in a bus accident during a long-distance journey (more than 250 km), you are entitled to compensation covered by your insurance policy. In the event of death, compensation can be claimed by your dependents. When necessary, the carrier will provide immediate assistance: First aid, food, clothing, transportation and accommodation.
